Official documents that were leaked from ISIS reveal that many members of ISIS have been diagnosed AIDS-positive in Mozambique, a country located in Africa.
These documents were leaked by a media source known as the Exposure of Hashami and Baghdadi’s Servant. In reality, the documents consist of responses and fatwas from Al-karar’s office regarding certain inquiries from the province of Mozambique.
The al-Karar office operates under the general administration of ISIS provinces and is responsible for the supervision of Somalia, Mozambique, and Congo provinces.
According to the members of ISIS from Mozambique province as mentioned in the documents, some of their fellow members have been diagnosed with AIDS. However, in order to prevent the spread of the disease, they are awaiting the official edict from ISIS-Khawarij regarding the separation and fate of the spouses.
In response, Abdul Qadir Mu’min, the head of the Al-Karrar office, communicated to them that this disease may have spread within ISIS through women who were taken as concubines after being captured in battles and then distributed among the members.
The edict specifies that the captured women should not be distributed until they undergo health tests, and ideally, the ISIS members themselves as well as women joining them from abroad should also be tested.
Subsequently, the edict provides guidelines to the officials of ISIS in Mozambique Province concerning the distribution of concubines. It stipulates that any female captive who converts to Islam and is free of AIDS should be assigned to a male ISIS member. On the other hand, those who are infected with HIV-AIDS and do not convert to Islam should be eliminated.
If a female captive converts to Islam but is afflicted with AIDS, a financial ransom should be collected from her for release, or she should marry another ISIS member who is also affected by AIDS, or she should remain single.
Mozambique is a province where Daesh operates, and in addition to targeting military sites, they also carry out assaults on civilians and settlements. They capture both men and women as slaves and concubines, along with their possessions, to be distributed among themselves.
